RETURN POLICY

**NO REFUNDS**

 

EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 5 DAYS FOR ALL PRODUCTS EXCEPT COSMETICS AND SUNGLASSES! COSMETICS AND SUNGLASSES ARE FINAL SALE!

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, or smell like smoke. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale. 

2. Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

***Non-returnable merchandise include: cosmetic products, sale products, bodysuits and accessories.

3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances

    and smoke.

4. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Radiant Glow by LA.

5. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

**Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, item or just receive a merchandise credit. If an exchange  is not indicated or the size you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days or sooner.
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. 

 
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
 
 
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
******All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:
US Orders:
1. USPS standard shipping  5-7 business days.
2. Priority 3-5 business days

 

3. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases). 

International Orders:
1. USPS Priority international mail (7-14 business days)
 
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number.

  • How often are products restocked?
    Products are restocked on a weekly basis.
  • How can I change my address after submitting order?
    Email info@radiantglowbyla.com ASAP. If your product(s) have already been shipped, the office will notify you.
  • How long will it take for me to receive my products?
    Shipping is between 5 to 7 days. If shipping is longer than the days noted, customer will be notified via email.
  • Can I return items?
    Yes, however, returns MUST meet the requirements listed under the RETURN POLICY.
